ABSTRACT

Due to the Rationality of Human Boundary and Opportunism, Enterprises Have Greater Financial Risk. One of the Effective Ways to Solve the High Risk is to Establish the Early Warning System of Financial Risk and Eliminate the Information Asymmetry between the Owner and the Operator.
