ABSTRACT

Language is an Important Carrier of Human Culture, and Translation is an Important Carrier for People to Exchange Ideas of Different Cultural Backgrounds. in the Process of Translation, Cultural Context Has a Lot of Influence on It. This Paper Discusses the Importance of Cultural Context in English Chinese Translation from Three Aspects: Cultural Image, Thinking Mode and Cultural Convention.
