ABSTRACT

Positive psychology is conducive to the development of college students' mental health education in college education. This paper analyzes the principles of college students' mental health education from the perspective of positive psychology, comprehensive, theoretical and practical, with students as the main body. As well as the principle of sustainable development, explore effective measures to promote mental health education for college students from the perspective of positive psychology, and provide some experience for those engaged in related work.
