ABSTRACT

This paper first introduces the importance of home-based community pension, and then introduces the problems in the development of home-based community pension. Finally, it introduces the direction of community construction, including forming a reasonable community management mechanism, expanding the source of funds, strengthening the training of management personnel, and creating a good community environment, hoping to provide effective reference for relevant people.
