ABSTRACT

This paper mainly expounds the concrete plan of the subject construction of Chinese medicine, and points out the importance of the construction of the knowledge of the subject of Chinese medicine, and the development of the innovation is the main direction of the subject construction of the Chinese medicine, and the effective countermeasure of the personnel training of the Chinese medicine is put forward in detail. The people-oriented education idea is the starting point of teaching, perfect the tutors responsibility system of the guiding team, develop the teaching of the Chinese medicine subject with the times, and strive to deliver the high-material students with good quality and strong professional skills for the major hospitals.
