ABSTRACT

the Construction of Socialist Ecological Civilization is an Important Part of China's Modernization Construction. This Paper Makes a Preliminary Exploration from the Connotation, Characteristics and Objectives of the Construction of Ecological Civilization, and Then Analyzes the Achievements and Shortcomings in the Aspects of Environmental Governance and Green Economy, and Finally Looks Forward to the Construction of Ecological Civilization in the New Era. We Can Insist on Three Ways to Explore the Chinese Plan of Ecological Civilization Construction: to Improve the Public Awareness of Ecological Protection, to Realize the Harmonious Coexistence of Man and Nature, to Adhere to the Socialist System of the Whole Ecological Environment Protection System, and to Promote the Sustainable and Healthy Development of Economy from Economic Rationality to Ecological Rationality.
