ABSTRACT

With the advent of the era of “Internet”, new jobs have been derived from various industries, and graduates have received more employment opportunities, but higher requirements have also been put forward for students' employability. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the current situation of college students' employment, studies the influence of Internet on the structure of employment ability, and further puts forward the way to cultivate college students' employment ability. Through the cultivation of college students' employment ability, the comprehensive literacy of college students can be improved, and the students can grow into applied talents.
