ABSTRACT

At Present, It Has Become the Key to the Survival and Development of Higher Vocational Colleges to Cultivate High-Quality Talents That Meet the Needs of the Society and Improve the Employment Competitiveness of Students. the Characteristics of Higher Vocational Education and Higher Vocational Students Put Forward New Requirements for the Party Building Work in Higher Vocational Colleges. It is Necessary to Strengthen and Improve the Party Building Work in Higher Vocational Colleges to Construct a New Mechanism and Innovate Working Methods Suitable for the Characteristics of Higher Vocational Education and Higher Vocational Students. Therefore, How to Carry out the Grass-Roots Party Building Work in Higher Vocational Colleges Has a Direct Impact on the Personnel Training Work in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Development of Higher Vocational and Technical Education. Based on the Cultivation of Innovative Ability, This Paper Starts with the Characteristics of the Party Building Work in Higher Vocational Colleges, and through Analyzing the Existing Problems in the Grass-Roots Party Building Work, Puts Forward Some Thoughts on the Grass-Roots Party Building Work in the Future.
