ABSTRACT

With the development of economic exchanges, business negotiations are no longer new to us. As long as human beings exist, business negotiations will continue. With the development of china’s economy, china has become one of the decisive factors in the world economy. China and the United States are the largest developing and developed countries in the world. Their economic exchanges occur very often. Therefore, business negotiation between china and the United States play an important role in world trade.
