ABSTRACT

It is necessary to put forward the construction of ecological civilization to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, which is of great significance. The discussion on "vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization" in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China specifically expounds the concept of "system of ecological civilization" construction, which makes the political action program set by the Party Central Committee for the next five years or even longer to create a socialist ecological civilization have a clear dimension of system innovation. After the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the guiding position of the concept of ecological civilization will be further strengthened, the theoretical research on the construction of ecological civilization will be further deepened in an all-round way, the construction practice of ecological civilization focusing on energy conservation and emission reduction, circular economy and low-carbon economy will be further promoted, the construction of ecological culture will form a general atmosphere, and the pace of progress towards an ecological civilized society will be gradually accelerated.
