ABSTRACT
Industrial robots play an important role in industrial automation due to their stability, flexibility and excellent production efficiency. More and more companies choose industrial robots to replace manual operations in specific fields. However, as the number and use time of industrial robots continue to increase, the loss rate also increases, and equipment failure in important production occasions will bring unpredictable economic losses and safety problems. Therefore, it has high research value for fault prediction and health management (PHM) of industrial robots.
