ABSTRACT

China's economic development can create Chinese miracles, and the private economy has contributed. However, private enterprises, especially small and micro enterprises, are facing the “three big mountains” of market icebergs, financing high mountains and transition volcanoes. How to solve the financing dilemma of small and micro enterprises and promote the rapid and healthy development of small and micro enterprises is a key issue related to national economy and people's livelihood.
