ABSTRACT

According to relevant literature, this paper summarizes the connotation of non-contingent punishment, and focuses on the summary of the influence mechanism of non-contingent punishment, with a view to combing and improving the literature of non-contingent punishment, and looks forward to the new research perspective and direction of non-contingency punishment in the future.
