ABSTRACT
We selected five communities in Nanjing that are using maintenance funds to repair their outer walls and roofs as research samples, and took the use efficiency of maintenance funds as the research object to conduct a survey on the satisfaction of the owners using special maintenance funds. Through the homogeneity test of variance, we find that the owner's cognition has a significant effect on the satisfaction. Based on the results of the survey, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the owner's cooperative governance.
