ABSTRACT

With the accelerating process of economic globalization and the continuous improvement of the international level of Chinese enterprises, cross-border M&A has gradually become an effective means for Chinese enterprises to expand overseas markets and expand their scale. In cross-border mergers and acquisitions, cultural integration has become a key issue of its success. This paper discusses the issue of cultural integration in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and put forward relevant measures.
