On the Reform of Primary School Education Management under the Background of New Curriculum

ABSTRACT

All kinds of information presents an explosive growth trend with the dramatic change of social environment. If we don’t want to be eliminated by the rapid social change, teachers and students must continue to learn and even to learn for life. Therefore, the state proposes to carry out a new round of basic education curriculum reform, advocate comprehensive development and quality education, and strive to create a new education environment so that students and educators can adapt to social changes. However, the implementation of the new curriculum reform needs a teaching management mode which can complement each other. This paper studies the existing primary school teaching management mode in our school, and explores the best primary school teaching management mode from the perspective of new curriculum reform.
