ABSTRACT
The rapid development of digital technology brings unprecedented challenges to intellectual property protection. It is necessary to pay great attention to the characteristics of intellectual property under the background of digital technology. As a result, legislation, law enforcement, justice, public service and technical guarantee of intellectual property protection should be reinforced.
