ABSTRACT
With the implementation of the ten-year development plan of educational informatization (2011-2020) and the 13th five-year plan of educational informatization, the mode, quality and effect of higher education in China are undergoing profound changes. The deep, multi-dimensional and continuous integration of big data and higher education lead to the dual reform of "teaching" and "learning" in legal practice education.
