ABSTRACT
This study adopts the methods of subjective and objective weights, the comprehensive evaluation index, the H province special education informationization development present situation and differences were analyzed, aimed to explore the key factors that affect special the balanced development of education informationization, find out the source of H province special education informatization development, with the coordinated development of constructive Suggestions are put forward.
