ABSTRACT

This article based on stakeholder theory, analyzing social responsibility how to affect the management efficiency of working capital with stakeholders and making an empirical analysis based on listed companies’ data. Finally, this article makes a decision and give some advice on how to improve management efficiency of working capital.
