ABSTRACT
This article tries to find to what extent Scientific Management (Taylorism) can be applied to Amazon Warehouse practises. It explains four main principles of Taylorism and attempts to find out if any actual practises are beyond Taylorism but works efficiently nowadays. Then, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and Edgar Schein’s Model of Organizational Culture are used to analyse Amazon’s practises that violate Taylorism.
