ABSTRACT

To carry out the quality work satisfaction evaluation is one of the important ways to comprehensively evaluate the quality work effectiveness of a district and promote the local government to improve the quality work. In view of the research and application needs of the current quality work performance evaluation, this paper tries to set up the quality work satisfaction evaluation index system, combined with the quality work situation of Pu’er city, carries on the quantitative evaluation to each index, in order to find out the quality work problem and promote the overall improvement of the quality level of Pu’er City.
