ABSTRACT

Rural grassroots party construction leads to the accurate elimination of poverty. It is profound significance. First of all, it is the inherent requirement of a comprehensive and strict administration of the party to the rural grassroots. Secondly, it is the core of leadership for all kinds of undertakings. The party organizations in rural areas are the representatives of the most advanced productive forces in the countryside. Shoulders the task of leading the rural areas to accurately shake off poverty and ensure common prosperity. Grass-roots party building is a vivid practice of the party's fine tradition to shake off poverty in rural areas. This article takes the village of Ren Cun, Mianchi County, Henan Province as an example. To study the path and method leading to the accurate elimination of poverty in rural grass-roots party construction. The grassroots party construction in Mianchi County of Henan province leads the problem of accurate poverty relief and the countermeasures and methods put forward to solve the problem of accurately eliminating poverty at the grass-roots party building in Mianchi County, Henan. It helps the grass-roots working departments to raise their understanding of the significance of building grass-roots party organizations, and understand that it is not only the responsibility of the grass-roots party organizations, but also their mission in the contemporary era, that the grassroots party organizations lead the precise poverty alleviation.
