ABSTRACT

Based on the empirical research of multiple linear regression model, this paper analyzes the effect of marriage on the housing price level. The results show that in underdeveloped cities, the impact of marriage on housing prices is more obvious; while in developed cities, the impact of marriage on housing prices is not significant.
