ABSTRACT

To explore the impact of antimonopoly law on the abuse of dominant position and bundling sales, the European Union's lawsuit against Microsoft is analyzed. Combined with the previous intellectual property cases, the issues are divided into the issue of denial of authorization and the issue of illegal bundling. The whole event is analyzed and the reasoning of the European Commission is refuted.
