ABSTRACT

Cash holding is a very important theoretical and practical problem in modern enterprise financial management. This paper puts forward the theoretical hypothesis about the influence of corporate cash holdings from the three aspects of corporate financial characteristics, corporate governance structure and external environmental factors. At the same time, it takes GDP growth rate, the measure variable of external environmental factors, as the adjustment variable, and further explores the effect of each explanatory variable on the explained variable caused by macroeconomic changes.
