ABSTRACT
The real vehicle activity characteristics (the traffic volume, speed and fleet composition) of typical roads (express roads, artery roads, secondary roads, and local roads) and typical districts (central city and outer suburb) in Tianjin were recorded and analyzed with a method of field investigation. the traffic volume, speed and fleet composition of volume vehicles could provide data support for vehicle emission research, targeted control and precise governance.
