ABSTRACT

The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities provides systematic Marxist theory education for college students and is the main channel for students to get ideological and political education. The ideological and political theory course plays a vital role in the growth and success of college students, but at present some college students do not attach importance to the ideological and political theory course, do not recognize it or even reject it. Therefore, in order to promote and strengthen the practical teaching of ideological and political theory courses, an innovative thinking mode must be adopted in the education and teaching so as to correctly understand and grasp the scientific connotation of practical teaching. The ideological and political theory course in universities undertakes the extremely important task of providing Marxist theoretical education for college students and helping them to establish Marxist world outlook, outlook on life and values, socialist moral outlook, and legal outlook. In order to innovate the teaching concept of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, we must unswervingly build a team of teachers with high ideological awareness, strong professional ability and comprehensive quality.
