ABSTRACT

The paper, based on the practical problem of optimizing regional comprehensive transportation network structure, and referring to economics theory, uses multi-objective planning to propose an optimization model based on supply-demand equilibrium, minimizing generalized cost, and green sustainability. Due to more than two objective functions in the model, it is troublesome to convert the model into a single-objective programming problem. Therefore, the model is considered to be converted into a bi-level programming problem. Based on the genetic algorithm, the specific algorithm for solving the model is given and conducted a simulation calculation. The results shows that the proposed method in this paper is verified to solve practical problem.
