Impact of Rural Land Titling on Peasants' Credit and Game Analysis

ABSTRACT

China's land titling program has been basically completed; "Two Rights" mortgage loans have also been gradually promoted in different pilot areas. This paper discusses whether the value of titling farmland as a collateral can be realized. We try to construct a two-person three-stage perfect information game model of "peasants-banks" which analysis land titling how to alleviate the moral hazard and adverse selection problems in rural finance. Based on collecting relevant domestic literature, especially focusing on the field research literature with the data of some pilot areas, we can get the effect of titling land on peasant' credit obtain. At the end of this paper, we put forward three issues that should be paid attention to.
