ABSTRACT

In order to avoid the problem of production interruption and high production cost, electric power enterprises generally customize the purchase plan of raw materials such as high-voltage bus in advance. Based on TOPSIS and combining the advantages of intelligent algorithm to find the overall optimal solution, supplier evaluation model and scheduling integer programming model are constructed.
