ABSTRACT

This paper aims to determine the sustainable development ability of the real estate industry in Anhui Province using an index system that is based on extension theory and matter-element theory. Specifically, the paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation model, which is combined with objective empowerment and extension evaluation. Using this model, this paper calculates correlation degrees and weights among the identified factors and presents a comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development of the real estate markets in 16 cities in Anhui Province.
