ABSTRACT

The society also has different views on the value orientation of talents, which makes the ideology education in universities enter a new era. When carrying out educational activities, we should always remember to integrate the cultivation and practice of socialist core values into the teaching method to meet the needs of students in the process of growth and development, improve students' quality in all aspects, and form excellent talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. Volunteer service provides a good way for college students to approach the society and serve the society. Universities should firmly grasp this feature to stimulate the ideology education function of student voluntary service. Follow the law of university education and the law of students' physical and mental development, integrate the cultivation and practice of socialist core values into the whole process of education and teaching, pay attention to the needs of students' career and sustainable development, and promote the all-round development of students' morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. This paper mainly probes into the ways to realize the function of ideology education of voluntary service in universities in detail.
