ABSTRACT
Based on the annual financial statements of Aier Eye Hospital from 2016 to 2020, this article researches its economic performance in detail from the perspectives of the strategy, competitiveness, risk and performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. An objective evaluation has been made and some relevant suggestions on its future development have been put forward in this article.
