ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article is to discuss the legal application and practice of the housing right system, so as to meet the challenges of ensuring the housing needs of specific groups and optimizing the allocation of housing resources in the current housing problems. This article deeply analyzes the legal basis, system design and its concrete application in real life, reveals the problems existing in the legal application of the residence right system, and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions. The research results show that although the residence right system has a unique legal status and value, there are still some problems in the actual application of the law, such as imperfect legal provisions, lack of judicial interpretation and lack of trial experience. In view of these problems, this article puts forward specific suggestions for improvement, including perfecting the legal provisions of the right of residence, issuing judicial interpretations, and accumulating trial experience. Therefore, it is concluded that the residence right system, as a new type of usufructuary right, is of great significance for ensuring the housing needs of specific groups and promoting the optimal allocation of housing resources. However, its perfection and development still need continuous in-depth research and exploration.
