In the rapidly evolving landscape of education, local universities find themselves at a crucial juncture where traditional models must adapt to meet the dynamic needs of students. This paper proposes a groundbreaking approach to address the challenges in student education management and teaching practices. By thoroughly examining the characteristics of contemporary student groups, critiquing traditional education management, and elucidating the value of integrating education management with teaching practices, this research aims to provide comprehensive insights for educators and administrators. The study delves into pathways for effective integration, highlighting the significance of embracing change, enhancing awareness, implementing learning alerts, organizing practical activities, and establishing robust evaluation metrics. Furthermore, it explores the role of technology, collaboration between stakeholders, continuous professional development for educators, and ethical considerations in shaping a holistic educational environment. This paper serves as a blueprint for local universities seeking innovative strategies to navigate the Internet+ era and foster excellence in education management and teaching practices.
