Study on curriculum ideological and political construction and implementation strategy in nursing education

ABSTRACT

In recent years, with the deepening of higher education reform, the ideological and political construction of nursing education has received more and more attention. The ideological and political construction in nursing education is an important way to cultivate the ideological and moral quality and comprehensive quality of nursing students. This paper aims to explore the ideological and political construction and implementation strategies in nursing education, and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the training of socialist builders and successors who are all-developed morally, intellectually, physically, tically and labor. First of all, through the analysis of the problems existing in the current nursing education, including the content of ideological and political education is not close to the nursing practice and the traditional teaching methods, the necessity and importance of ideological and political construction are put forward. Secondly, combining with the characteristics of nursing education, the principles of curriculum ideological and political construction are put forward, including the combination of ideological and political education and professional education, the combination of theory and practice, and the combination of subject connotation and subject extension. Then, through the analysis of relevant theories and practices at home and abroad, the specific strategies of ideological and political construction of the curriculum are summarized, including the formulation of scientific and reasonable ideological and political objectives of the curriculum, the design of diversified teaching methods and evaluation systems, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff. Finally, some successful implementation cases are introduced, and it is suggested to pay attention to evaluation and reflection in practice, and constantly improve the ideological and political construction of the course. The results show that the ideological and political construction in nursing education can effectively improve students' ideological and moral level and comprehensive quality, and provide an important guarantee for cultivating nursing professionals with comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical, beauty and labor.
