ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of medical technology and information, hospital medical record management has become an indispensable part of medical institutions. However, as the medical environment and technology undergo transformations, medical record management faces new challenges. This article aims to explore the current status of hospital medical record management, analyze the challenges it faces, and propose corresponding improvement strategies to further advance and optimize medical information. Through the implementation of these strategies, we hope to propel hospital medical record management towards a more efficient, accurate, and secure direction, thereby better serving both medical institutions and patients.
