ABSTRACT

The relationship between the curriculum design of early childhood education major and students' career development is an important yet complex issue. By optimizing curriculum design, educational institutions can better meet students' career needs, helping them become more competent and satisfied early childhood educators. This, in turn, contributes to improving the quality and impact of the field of early childhood education, thus better serving the educational needs of young children.
