ABSTRACT

This paper explores the social function of cheerleading activities among college students, particularly how it facilitates the formation and expansion of social networks among students. The study finds that cheerleading, as a team activity, not only enhances the spirit of cooperation among students but also provides a platform for social interaction. It helps students find a sense of belonging in the campus social circle and establish a broader network of interpersonal relationships.
