ABSTRACT

This paper investigates the application of mathematical models in the field of finance, exploring their specific roles in financial markets, asset pricing, and risk management. Through the analysis of real-life cases and mathematical models, we demonstrate the pivotal role these models play in assisting investors, risk analysts, and financial institutions in making more informed decisions. Mathematical models not only aid in predicting market trends but also provide effective strategies for risk management, thereby achieving greater success in the financial sector.
