ABSTRACT

Building a harmonious society is the pursuit goal of human society, the development of a harmonious society depends on the formation of public morality, maintaining public order and public interests is the responsibility of every citizen, cultivating the public spirit and public character is the value orientation of the development of our socialist cause. According to the special service object of the discipline of public administration - public domain, the cultivation of public spirit should be emphasized in the training of talents. This paper focuses on the development trend of public administration, and deeply analyses the demand for talent training under the background of new liberal arts, we can construct the path of cultivating students' public spirit from the aspects of professional construction, personnel training, education and teaching. Colleges and universities cultivate high-level talents with public spirit and humanistic care, public vision and social responsibility, and adapt to the development requirements of the new era.
