With the rapid development of the digital economy, the real economy is facing an urgent need for transformation and upgrading. This paper explores how the digital economy can promote high-quality development of the real economy through pathways such as technological empowerment, organizational innovation, and talent cultivation. First, it analyzes the relationship between the digital economy and the real economy, clarifying the impact mechanisms of digital technologies on traditional industries. Second, several enabling pathways are proposed, which are validated through case analyses. Finally, the challenges faced during the transformation process and corresponding countermeasures are discussed, providing references and suggestions for enterprises and policymakers.
