Since its launch, the cultural and historical variety show "National Treasure" has attracted widespread attention. It showcases China's culture and history in the form of cultural calling cards and adopts innovative measures for the promotion of museums. Through innovative narrative methods and creative content presentation, it presents this profound and glorious national cultural heritage to the audience. This article will explore the innovative approach of the "National Treasure" program from three perspectives: creative content innovation, diverse narrative innovation, and all-round communication innovation. The program comprehensively explores the value of cultural relics, promotes the dissemination of traditional Chinese culture, and enables the audience to deeply experience the emotional experience brought by cultural relics while providing new directions and ideas for the future development of cultural communication and cultural and historical variety shows.
