In the era of big data, various industries are undergoing digital transformation, using data to assist decision-making and drive operations. Universities place greater emphasis on cultivating students' data analysis abilities. For the human resources major, this article explores the necessity and situation of offering the Human Resources Big Data Analysis course, and proposes the construction ideas of the Human Resources Big Data Analysis practical course, providing reference for the construction of the Human Resources Major Big Data Analysis course in applied undergraduate universities.
