Guided by the "Three Comprehensive Education" philosophy, this study explores the theoretical and practical dimensions of curriculum-based education in secondary vocational institutions. It emphasizes the crucial role of moral cultivation and the central position of curriculum-driven education. Through systematic analysis of five key components-public courses, specialized courses, campus cultural programs, practical activities, and social courses-the research proposes a comprehensive teaching mechanism encompassing all-staff education, whole-process education, and holistic development. This approach aims to holistically enhance students' personalized growth and comprehensive competencies, cultivating new-era technical professionals with both noble moral integrity and professional expertise. The study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for advancing vocational education reform and development.
