ABSTRACT
In recent years, the impact of music training on cognitive ability has received much attention. One of the important parts is the influence of music training on language ability. The research on the impact of music training on language ability in recent years was reviewed in this paper. From the five aspects of phonological awareness, speech perception, language production, speech comprehension and verbal memory, a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign research was carried out. As a result, differences in findings and vacancies were discovered, providing direction and reference for future education and research.
