ABSTRACT
SMEs are an important part of the modern national economy, having an absolute advantage in terms of quantity. Besides, it plays a crucial role in driving GDP growth and dealing with employment problems. And meanwhile, corporate recruiters are the first internal personnel to meet with candidates, their dressing, self-cultivation and professional quality are an advertisement of an enterprise, representing the image of the enterprise and demonstrating its corporate culture; therefore, it is significant for enterprises to strengthen training for its recruiting staff. This paper analyzed personnel recruitment by SWOT Analysis so as to find out the causes of problems involved and offer some suggestions to boost enterprise development.
