ABSTRACT
This thesis analyzes the organizational characteristics of Handu group in different development stages and attempts to discuss the evolution process of the empowered employee management mode in the enterprise. It is found that the empowered employee management mode has experienced an evolution process from structural empowerment, leadership empowerment to psychological empowerment in the specific application of enterprises, and the evolutionary process is based on the development of organizational structure. The implementation of structural empowerment promotes the evolution of organizational structure, which results in leadership empowerment. The synergistic effects of structural and leadership empowerment further contribute to the development of enterprises and changes in organizational structure, thus creating conditions for psychological empowerment.
