ABSTRACT
Information technology has many characteristics, such as high effectiveness, rich content and fast speed, which make it widely used in many fields of modernization construction in China. With the arrival of the information age, people also put forward more specific requirements for college English information teaching, which requires college English teachers to constantly improve their own teaching ideas and teaching models, so as to ensure that the efficiency and quality of college English information teaching can be effectively improved. In this paper, we first deeply explore significance and current situation of college English information teaching, at the same time put forward effective countermeasures to improve the current situation of college English information teaching, hoping to provide enlightenment for practitioners in related industries.
